Hey, I’m josh Goldman with Cnet and this is one very small desktop it’s the Asus Chrome-Box which runs on Google’s Chrome OS.

헤이 ~ 안녕하쇼 ~ 저는 Cnet의 조쉬 골드만 입니다. 그리고 이건 정말 작은 데스크탑 인데. 구글 크롬 OS로 작동하는 아수스 크롬박스 입니다. 

If you’re unfamiliar with Chrome OS it’s basically Google’s Chrome web browser tuned into an operating system.

혹시 여러분이 크롬OS에 익숙하지 않겠지만, 이건 기본적으로 구글의 크롬 웹브라우져(이하 크롬)를 OS화 시켜놓은 겁니다.  

What that means this little box which starts at a mere 179. Dollars can do anything you can do in a web browser.

이  작은 크롬박스는 무엇을 이미하는 걸까요?  말도 안되는 가격 $179 부터 시작하는 크롬박스로 여러분들이 원하는 어떤것이건 여러분이 웹브라우져 안에서 모두 할 수 있습니다. 

That’s actually quite a lot these days and the Google Chrome store is loaded with free and paid web apps that range from simple website bookmarks to apps that can work offline and outside web browser like traditional desktop software.

사실 요즘 이런것들은 정말 많습니다. 그리고 구글 크롬 스토어에 보면 무료와 유료 웹 앱들이 다양하게 있고 전통적인 데스크탑의 소프트웨어 처럼 오프라인에서 또는 웹브라우져 밖에서도 작동할 수 있도록 앱에 북마크 해놓았습니다.

Speaking of desktop software like Chrome book laptops you can’t install traditional software directly on a Chrome- Box .

크롬북 노트북과 같은 데스크탑 소프트웨어에 대해서 말 해볼까요? 여러분들은 기존에 사용하던 소프트웨어를 크롬 박스에 바로 설치할 수 없습니다. 

There are virtualization and remote desktop options however, so if you still need to run desktop software you can through the cloud.

크롬박스에는 가상화와 원격 데스크탑 오셥이 있습니다. 만약 여러분이 데스크탑 소프트웨어를 필요로 한다면 클라우드를 통해 이용할 수 있습니다.

ah .. that’s likely something you will need to do for business and really that is what Asus is targeting with this.

이 기능은 여러분들의 비즈니스 활동을 위해 필요할 것 같습니다. 그리고 이것은 아수스가 잡은 타겟 중 하나입니다.

For consumers the low power Celeron processor 2GB of memory 16GB of storage and integrated graphics is good enough for everything you do on the web, casual games and for streaming services like Spotify , Netflix

판매용으로는 로우-파워 셀러론 프로세서와 2GB 메모리와 16GB 저장용량과 웹에서 캐주얼 게임과 Spoti, Netflix(스트리밍 라디오, TV) 같은 스트링서비스 등을 

여러분들이 할 수 있는 모든것을 하기에 충분히 좋은 내장형 그래픽이 들어가 있습니다.

And since it’s care and you can easily set up supervise user this is a good option for a secondary or family computer.

그리고  since it’s care과 여러분은 손쉽게 관리자로 설정할 수 있으며 이것은 두번째 컴퓨터로 사용하거나 가족용으로 좋습니다.
